2. Over P100, 000.00             –             P100.00 + 1/10 of cost in excess of P100,000.00

1. Project cost of P500, 000.00 and below       –         P500.00

2. Project cost over P500, 000       –                    P500.00 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P500, 000 regardless of  doors

C. Dormitories

1. Project cost P500, 000.00 and below             –           P500.00

2. Project cost of P500, 000.00                            –         P500.00 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P500, 000 regardless of the number of doors

D.Institutional, the project cost of which is:        

1. P100, 000.00 a below                               –            P400.00

2. Over P100, 000.00             –           P400.00 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P100, 000.00

Computation of Legal Research Fee for the University of the Philippines Law Center (UPLR Fee) remains at ONE PER CENT (1%) of every fee charged but shall in NO CASE BE LOWER THAN P10.00.
